How do I add a hollow bullet point?

I can use the bullet point as so:

  • As you can see

But I can't figure out how to make a bullet point below it and a little to the right (which is hollow).

On a desktop machine you need to:

  • Make you first bullet give it a text
  • Press Enter (you should see a second, same-aligned black bullet on next line)
  • Now press the TAB key on your keyboard to do an "indent" (that is what you describe is called)
  • If you later wish to "outdent" you press SHIFT + tab

Note: On mobile devices where you do not have a tab key you write:

- test

 - test2

(On the scond line you add a space before the dash to indicate the indent)
