Hmm, not sure what you mean by this! If you're having log in issues, you'll need to raise a ticket. You can do this by:

1. Head to https://trello.com/contact
2. Scroll down to the contact form
3. For the field 'What can we help you with?', select Account issues
4. For the field 'Pick a topic', select Trouble logging in
