How can we add a specific starting time (not only the date) to a card?

We would like to use trello as a management tool and figure out if the team has enough time to do all the tasks that are asked, therefore, really manage the workflow of everyperson which is difficult without a starting time.

@Louisiane de Boissel If you use Placker you can set start and end times and then make them dependent on each other.
