Unfortunately, deleted cards in Trello cannot be recovered. Deleting a card is permanent — as stated in Trello's official documentation: Archive or delete a card.
However, you can try to recover the card details using the Activity Log. While this won't restore the card itself, it can help you retrieve the card title and some context so you can recreate it manually.
