How can i create automation at workspace level

I need to add automation at workspace level so that i can be notified via email/slack if any new board or list is added in my workspace. Currently i don't see any way to automate the same.

You can't create workspace level automations (great idea though).  The original Butler could trigger from board creation I think but not in the era of Trello ownership.
