Could you please check our account status with Trello to see if we are currently on a paid plan or using the free version?

@Credentailing I am just a community member so I cannot see that information.    You can check it though by doing one of the following:

• Check Workspace Settings: Click on your Workspace name in the sidebar, select Settings, and look for the plan indicator.
• Review Billing Tab: Go to Workspace Settings > Billing to see your current subscription.
• Check Board Limitations: Free accounts are limited to 10 boards and one Power-Up per board. If you have more, you are likely on a paid plan.

The fact that you are limited to 10MB means that board is associated with a non paid plan.

@Credentailing if you are on a free plan you will be limited to 10MB.  Paid plans allow for 250MB.
