How can attachments that exceed 10MB be added to the Trello Board?
Could you please check our account status with Trello to see if we are currently on a paid plan or using the free version?

@Credentailing I am just a community member so I cannot see that information. You can check it though by doing one of the following:
The fact that you are limited to 10MB means that board is associated with a non paid plan.

@Credentailing if you are on a free plan you will be limited to 10MB. Paid plans allow for 250MB.
