I am using Trello to organize website optimization, backlink building, and local SEO tasks for service-based businesses. I wanted to know how other users manage marketing workflows, team collaboration, and content planning inside Trello.
Currently, I am working on projects for Naperville Appliance Fix and looking for better ways to track SEO activities, backlinks, and website updates efficiently.
I find using Trello's labels and due dates super handy for keeping everything on track. Teams can easily see task priorities and deadlines at a glance.
I map everything in Trello with three lists: ideas, doing, and done, then tag cards by location, keyword, and urgency. Checklists help me break down backlink work and on-page tasks so nothing slips. I also add a card per client with notes to optimize for AI search engines, since that keeps my content structured and easy to reuse. Calendar view and due dates keep the whole team synced without overthinking it.
