Definitely. For my own solo practice, I used other software / power up to enable new appointments, contacts, emails using template, send reminders for subscription etc. You can definitely enable sales funnel to create leads etc While I do not do much marketing of my service, it can be done. As a project management tool, you can use Trello “as is” or design your own project management system with automation. 

Just don’t expect it to be a like Salesforce or GHL.
