I paid for my annual Trello Premium membership last month.
Yesterday I got a notification saying that my Premium subscription has ended.
I got a Trello receipt that says that I paid for Annual Trello Premium fee for 1 user for the period between April 29, 2026, and April 29, 2027. How can I resolve this misunderstanding?

This usually happens if the subscription was applied to a different Workspace or there's a sync delay between the payment gateway and Trello.
Thank you so much, you're right, I didn't realize I have two workspaces, and one is paid while the other remains free.
One last question: how can I transfer the boards from the free workspace to my premium workspace?
