How can I validate my payment for Trello Premium?

I paid for my annual Trello Premium membership last month.

 Yesterday I got a notification saying that my Premium subscription has ended.

I got a Trello receipt that says that I paid for Annual Trello Premium fee for 1 user for the period between April 29, 2026, and April 29, 2027.                                                                     How can I resolve this misunderstanding?

Hi @Roberto Serrano ,

This usually happens if the subscription was applied to a different Workspace or there's a sync delay between the payment gateway and Trello.

Recommended Steps

  • Check your receipt to ensure the Workspace Name matches the one showing as expired.
  • Go to Workspace → SettingsBilling. If you have multiple Workspaces, check if the Premium status is active on another one.
  • For billing issues, please visit https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/ Select Billing and attach your receipt for a manual fix.

Thank you so much, you're right, I didn't realize I have two workspaces, and one is paid while the other remains free.
One last question: how can I transfer the boards from the free workspace to my premium workspace?
