Trying to keep track of projects in a completed column but they have started auto archiving. Not sure how to resolve.

Thanks

Hi Katherine! Welcome to Trello community!

The most common reason in situations like that is that maybe there's an automation enabled on the board that will trigger an action to archive the cards moved to that completed list.

You can check if there's an automation enabled that you created by going clicking on the automation icon > rules, and check in the automation pannel if there's anything enabled related to that action.

If not, as automation is linked to the username who created it, I'd recommend checking with other board members if they might have automation doing those actions.

If that doesn't solve the problem and a further investigation is necessary, I'll kindly ask you to open a ticket to our support here and provide the board link information and some additional details for the investigation.
