Hello Trello Community,
We are experiencing an issue with accessing our Trello account. The email address associated with our account has been deactivated, and we now use new email addresses. Because of this, we can no longer log in to our account or receive any verification or password reset emails.
Could someone please advise us on how we can regain access to our account and update the email address associated with it?

Hello Christian,
Since your email is deactivated, you will need to handle this privately with Atlassian Support, as the Community cannot modify account details.
First, see if your domain administrator can temporarily reactivate that mailbox to receive the verification email. If that isn't possible, open a support ticket detailing your old and new email addresses. Alternatively, if your team members still have access to your boards, you can simply create a new Trello account and have an admin re-invite you. Please remember not to share any personal details or board links here.
