How can I "close card" when a rule is triggered?

Greetings!

Similarly to how you can 'close card when action is performed' with a card button, is there any way to create an action to close a card when criteria are met with a rule? "E.g. when custom field is set to x, do y, then close the card". The action doesn't appear under the actions options.

I have had clients who like the satisfaction of having a button to close a card, when they fill out some custom fields, instead of clicking out of the card back to close, they like a "Submit" button on the side.  That button does nothing but close the card. 

You could use this potentially, otherwise there is no built in way to do it.
