How can I prevent a card from automatically mirroring when its created on a master board?

I am trying to create a workflow that allows a master board to create cards in a "preliminary list" and then move the cards into specific group lists when they are ready to execute.  The cards moved to these group lists on the master board would then mirror these cards to the sub group's board(s).  Right now the card is immediately mirrored when it is created in the master board's "preliminary" list, but not yet moved to the column that should start the mirroring.  I am using Unito to map the flow.  Is there a way to create these cards and not "share" them or mirror them until I move them to a specific list?

Hi Mark! Yes, you would need to create a filter rule on the master board side to determine what cards should sync. Are you able to share a screenshot of the "Rules" page of your Unito flow?

I just went and tested a list rule on the master board side as you mentioned and it took care of the problem.  Thank you!

Great - glad that's working! Just a note with lists filters; you need to include ALL the lists you want to stay in sync with the other board. So if you just included one list in the rules, when it moves out of that particular list, it will no long sync with the other board.
