How can I get an email notification when a card sits over a month

If I would like to get an email notification telling me when a card sits under the certain column for 1 month, what is the Butler rule for this please?

Not sure if my below rule is correctly set. Thanks a lot!

Try using the report variable to report on all cards in your target list that is inactive for 30 days. While this is not the same as days in list I think it might just work for you. For days in list, there are actions to move or archive them.
