How can I get a list of all the members in a workspace with their registration date ?

Dear community, 

I work for a company where we are adopting Trello as the main tool to manage the work. At this moment, we have 150 members but we aim to reach +1000 at the end of 2023.

Due to internal procedures, we need to get a list of all the members of the workspace, with the date they were added.

Is there any way to obtain this list (on a monthy basis)?

I believe that the Enterprise management tools allow you to see when you activated an account.  https://trello.com/guide/enterprise/admins-dashboard#view-and-manage-team-members-and-guests  I do not think that premium provides that information.
