Furios former user.
I had a personal and work account. Paid plans were cancelled, data deleted, accounts closed and I'm still.getting.billed.
Can't reach a human. Next stop is to report it to my credit card company as 'uncancellable'.

It says new user because I had to create an account again to post in the community.
