How can I ensure my team can see my video when using the Board Meeting Power-up?

Our team recently enabled the Board Meeting Power up. The first time we used it it worked great - we could all see each other's video. The 2nd time, none of us could see each other, just our own video (we all had our camera settings 'on'). Anyone know why this may have happened?
