How can I delete a former employee/admin from MY teamspace

My former employee is still listed in our workspace. As she is also admin of 2 of our customer boards, I cannot delete her. who can help or has a contact to the trello service team?

Free Workspaces in Trello are getting some new admin tools that will allow you to fully remove any member or guest. These tools will be available by the end of March.

If you want to remove someone before then, you can do that by starting a free trial of Premium (no credit card required) if you haven’t used a trial previously. That will give you full admin capabilities so that you can remove any member from any board.
