Hi @Bohdan Datsiv ,
When you say 'billing profile' what do you actually mean? Are we talking about contacts/info on the invoice or something else? 👀
I believe everything should be configurable in the workspace settings > Billing, a.k.a.
https://trello.com/w/<workspace_id>/billing
Also, from there, you should be able to update your Trello plan (if that's what you're looking for).
Cheers,
Tobi
Hi @Tomislav Tobijas !
To provide a bit more context, our director originally created the Trello workspace and upgraded it to a Premium subscription. However, the subscription and billing were set up using the director's personal credit card.
We would now like to remove the director's personal card and replace it with the company's corporate card. We would also like all future invoices and billing documentation to be issued for company accounting purposes.
As the administrator, I have been asked to manage this process and determine how to permanently switch the billing setup from personal to business.

@Bohdan Datsiv got it. Thanks for additional info!
Just to confirm, are you Workspace admin? If so, you should be able to handle all of that via Workspace settings > Billing as mentioned above.
On the other hand, if you stumble upon specific issues related to billing, you could raise a ticket here Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing and the licensing team should be able to give you a hand.

Yes, in the Billing section I can add a different payment card, but it is still treated as an individual/personal billing profile. Unfortunately, I cannot find a way to switch it to a company/business profile.
I have already contacted support about this earlier today and am currently waiting for their response.
Our goal is not just to replace the payment card, but to have the subscription billed to the company, use the company's payment method, and receive the appropriate invoices and accounting documentation.
