Are you asking to change the Admin from Diana to Susanne?  Or the display name of the admin?

If its the account, then Diana can add Susanne as an admin, then Susanne could remove Diana if necessary.

If it is the display name, then the owner of the Atlassian account can go into their profile and follow the links for editing it, and change their display name.  (Or visit id.atlassian.com directly)
