How can I add an Icon to a card and how to change the background color of a whole list?

Hi Alex,

Natively, Trello does not support changing the the color of lists. You may be able to find 3rd-party browser extension that can do this for you.

When you say " add an icon to a card", what do you mean exactly? If you mean attaching an image to the card, you can do that via the "Attachment" button that's on the card back.

If you mean a sticker, you can drag a sticker from the board sticker menu onto a card front.
