How can I add a "done" checkbox

I was looking at templates last night - unfortunately so many that I forgot where I saw it, but I noticed that one of the templates had a "Done" checkbox on each card. 

Ultimately, I'd love to add a box like this and then automate anything checked as done moving to the Don list.

Would adding a checkbox be a custom field? Or is there some power up that does this that I can't find?

@Alaia Williams yep you can use a custom field to add a checkbox to a card and it can display on the front of the card

You could add a due date - this allows you to check off as done from the card view and you can use it as an automation trigger.
