How can I add Trello to a channel?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I'm trying to add Trello to a channel on teams, but when I click on "Add a tab" trello doesn't appear. All of the how-to guides are saying it should be. Am I missing something? I've logged into Trello, it's on teams I just can't assign it to a specific channel.

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.
The only thing I can think of is either there is a bug and you need to remove/re-add the Trello app to Teams or your MSFT admin has somehow disabled Trello?
