Hi Erick,

The message in your screenshot means that Saul is already a guest on another board in the same Workspace. Adding him to a second board would make him a multi-board guest. On Standard and Premium Workspaces, only a Workspace admin can do this because it can affect billing. Being a board admin is not enough.

If you are only the board admin, ask a Workspace admin to add Saul to the second board. Alternatively, the Workspace admin can convert him from a guest to a Workspace member under Workspace - Members - Single-board guests - Add to Workspace.
