How Do I Migrate from Personal to workspace when app on both mobile and PC

I do not want to risk losing my Trello data. I use a PC and a mobile phone, which I invariably have open concurrently.

With the migration from personanal board to workspace do I need to sign out of both?

Or can I migrate on my PC and when confirmd migrated OK, then logout of the mobile phone app and login on my mobile phone to the workspace?

Yes, do it on your PC. I don't even think you need to log out of the mobile device. It should sync back up.
