Um colaborador excluiu um cartão do Trello, essa informação de exclusão, fica no histórico de atividades, para o administrador saber qual membro fez a exclusão ?

Yes, when a card is deleted from Trello, that action is recorded in the board's activity log. Both archiving and deleting a card show up there. However, when a card is deleted, the title is replaced with an ID number for that card.

You can also click on a member's profile picture on the board and select "View member’s board activity" to see their activities, including card deletions.
