Hi I’m newer to Trello and recently got a board set up for my families company. I don’t know if this is a bug but I’ve checked all of my settings and anyone who try’s to join my boards cannot see any of the cards on them. I’ve gone through all of the settings and even gone to YouTube from what I understand as soon as they accept the invite to the board, they should see all of the cards on the board, so maybe this is a glitch?
also if this helps we are all using IOS Trello. I’m logged into my account on my iPad and phone due to my work. Is that maybe why ? Should I make a separate account for my iPad ?

A couple of things to check:
First, make sure there are no active filters on the board — if a filter is on, new members will see an empty board even though the cards are there. To clear filters: open the board - click Filters in the top right - select Clear all filters.
Second, on iOS the invite link sometimes doesn't work properly through the app. Ask your family members to open the invite link in a browser first, accept it there, and then open the Trello app — it should sync the access correctly.
Having the same account on multiple devices is completely fine and won't cause any issues.
