Hi, I can access Trello from my iPhone but I can't from my iPad. Why?

Hi, I can log into Trello from my iPhone, but not from my iPad. 
I used to be able to. When it sends me to Atlassian, I enter my email, 
and then it says, "An error occurred. Please try again. Restart."
