When I clicked on my shortcut for trello, Atlassian comes up and asks if I want to create a new account. I have had my account for about 10 years and have multiple boards and I can't access them!!! What do I do?? Can anyone help me access my info?

I suggest accessing Atlassian Home and viewing your apps. Check if Trello is present in this view, and try accessing it.
