Hey ~ where have my ticks gone on my ticklists please! Inhave equal signs instead & cant tick off!

Whilst using on my phone my ticks are crossed out & I have equal signs. I can't drag & change the order.

It's okay on laptop & on old phone.

Please surely someone must know how to sort out. Must be an accidental setting change?
