Help with deactivated trello board

Hi,

I just got an email telling me my organization was considered inactive for 180 days and has been deleted. It would have been great to get a heads up before deleting it.

The email state I can contact support to have the organization restored.

Would very much appreciate some help and found no other way for free users to contact support.

This email is regarding your Atlassian site, which contained a Jira instance 

This is part of one of the limitations of Jira free accounts: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/limitations-in-jira-cloud-free-plans-1097175877.html

Trello Workspaces are not part of this policy and are still active! Let me know if you have any questions.
