Help! Trello Board won't let me add cards or move cards on a board that I own

Looking for some help. I created a board years ago and it used to work wonderfully. Since we moved to workspaces it misbehaves when I use it. I'm the admin for the board so I shouldn't need anyone to invite me to use it but sometimes it won't let see the board, it tells me I don't have permission to view the board or it won't let me add a card or move a card. I don't want to abandon the board and start another one because it's old enough that we have custom fields for free and we'd lose that if I just made a new board.

Has anyone else had this happen and has a solution?

I have recently started to experience exactly the same. Can't add or move cards, and all of my automations have disappeared.
