Help - Created Wrong Account and Can't Get Out

I am considering becoming a one-person small business. Trello was suggested as a good resource to manage a few projects. On signing up, I thought the Trial was for the single person account. It now wants a credit card to sign up for $120 a year or more. No way to cancel out of this!

How can I get rid of that trial I don't want? I DID NOT give a credit card. No way to start over! Very frustrated. Impossible to email support.

Hi! Thanks for trying our Trello. 

You don’t need to start over or worry about the trial. If you didn’t put in a credit card then there’s no way to bill you right? Just enjoy (or ignore) the paid features of the trial and when it ends your Workspace will revert to free.  Nothing for you to do.
