May I kindly ask if there is a way to add a quest to the card only , not to let him to see the whole board ?

Hi @Monika Kossakowska

I don't think it is possible. Trello doesn't support per-card permissions.

You can do couple workarounds if that helps:

1. Creating separate boards for different permissions levels.

2. Look into the External Share Power Up.

I think External Share is the easiest way to stay organized and safely share data all in one place. Create secure, unique links to share boards, cards, and lists with anyone, without them having to sign up for Trello or be added to your Workspace.
