Hello, my board is closed. I am the admin but not allowed to reopen. (TAKE 2)

Hi there,

A few of my Trello boards have been closed (six in total).

I am the sole owner and admin of these boards, however when I try to access them, I receive the following message:

BOARD-NAME is closed.
You’re a member of this board, but only board admins are able to reopen it. Please contact support for assistance.

As the only owner/admin, I'm unsure why my admin access appears to have been removed or why I can no longer reopen the boards.

Could you please investigate and advise on how I can restore access and reopen these boards?

PS> I've raised a ticket on the 5 June but that one is still unresolved, hence trying again :(

@Nathalie Heynderickx  that message despite being the actual admin is a known bug pattern, not something you're doing wrong. Trello's reopen check on the closed boards drawer sometimes disagrees with who is genuinely the board admin.

One thing worth trying before waiting on support: open each board directly by its URL instead of through the closed boards list. That path sometimes shows the reopen banner even when the drawer button won't.

If that doesn't work, this is an account level fix only Atlassian Support can make, not something fixable from board settings. Since you already have an open ticket from June 5th, reply on that same ticket asking for an update rather than starting a new one, it keeps your case history intact and tends to get picked up faster than a fresh request.
