Arman, we are currently testing a new design for the cardback with comments on the right side. If that design performs well, then we will release it to all our users very soon. Thank you for your feedback.

Yes, please allow to enable/disable. I saw the new design one minute, then went to another card 5 mins later and the new design was gone! What happened?

The new design is PERFECT! It makes way more sense not to have scroll soooooo much to get to the comments. I have long descriptions and I always wished to be able to just jump to the comments.

Not sure exactly if I fully understand your request where exactly you would like to see those comments but from what I know those only appear on the bottom in the activity section. 

Maybe there is a Browser or Trello App that extend (change) the view but unfortunately I am now aware of any that modify that specific view.

i mean for more comfortable use, can i see comments when i open card in right side

Without customizing the view somehow OOTB this is not possible to easily switch where you can see comments.
