Hello professionals,

Can you please let me know how to activate member Account access - When I send an invitation to a member - It was showing up error as " Member is not active -Following person was Not Invited " .

 

I have admin access to the Board and I tried with left side selecting Members - Guests but I didnt see an option to active the member . Can someone help me how to do this?

Users are labeled as inactive if they have not logged into Trello for 90 days. That may be why this is happening. See this article for more information.  - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/what-is-an-inactive-user/
