Hello, I have an planyway subscription. Suddenly the planyway button in trello has disappeared!

Hey,

the planyway mobile app works fine. But on my PC (windows 11) when I start the trello app I cannot see the planyway button any longer.

I already have deinstalled trello and installed it again.

The same problem occurs when I open trello in the browser (Firefox)

Can you help?

I wanted to set some expectations regarding Planyway. Since it is a third-party application, we may not have the expertise to troubleshoot specific issues. I recommend reaching out to their support team for assistance. You can find their support resources here: Planyway Support

Additionally, have you checked your browser cookies? Sometimes, issues can arise from browser settings. Testing in incognito mode might also help identify the problem.
