My supervisor just set up an account with Trello and he was unexpectantly charged $400 by them. He didn't sign up for any of the upgraded accounts. Has anyone else had this issue? They don't offer phone support, so I figured I'd see what I can find here.

Sounds like he might have signed up for a trial of the premium features? I'm not sure as even with the trial you don't have to put in a credit card.
