I want to request a refund for making a purchase and immediately cancelling. I am not able to complete a contact request without getting an error message.
REQUEST:
Please issue refund for the $152.18 that was purchased and cancelled the same day. The reason for cancelling is that the purchase did not meet the needs that our group required. This charge is still showing on my credit card as not refunded.
