HHow can I change the time zone to AWST so that Trello and Outlook calendars sync properly?

I have set up a Trello board to sync with Outlook calendar however events are showing up in UTC time rather than in AWST. How can I fix this?

After reading responses to similar questions, I changed my Atlassian Account Preferences to my time zone (Australia/Perth) but it didn't make any difference.

Help please!
