Last week, my Trello boards and info disappeared, I've not been able to get back into them nor fill in a query ticket on Atlassian (just won't send and asking me app type quetions I don't understand! or find anyway to get support (I tried the link in a previous similar comment and takes you into AI that can't answer my query!) Please can someone help or contact me. My life and business from many years is in those boards and so much info I still need. There was no warning of any migration or anything changing so I was not prepared. What can I do? The only thing I've managed is to set up a new password on Atlassian and finally navigate myself to this help board. Thank you, Lindsey in Scotland. y***@***.com
