HELP! Copying a Card from An Archived List

I'm trying to do two things...
1) View all cards on a list while archived....when I want to potentially copy a card from an archived list w/out having to unarchive in order to view all the cards

2) When I send an archived list to the board and then try to copy a card, it will not allow me the option to indicate where I want to send it or to what position?

If I am correct Bulter works with open cards and non-archived list. As for (2) try to refresh the web page. Have not come across this before. 

When I had to work with archived items, I had done with code.
