I have a single user premium account.

I have other people in my company who I want to access one of my boards, but I don't want to pay to license them.

If they start their own account (whether free, standard, or premium) can I invite them by Trello username without paying to license them?

And if they start their own accounts - do they need to be premium in order to collaborate on my board?

Thanks!

Hi, @Matthew Leonard! You can invite anyone to work on your Trello boards regardless of their subscription to Trello (Free, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise). The only thing you need to pay attention to is that if you invite the same member to more than one board in your Workspace, they'll be considered a multi-board Guest, which is a billable member similar to a Workspace member, and this could affect the final price of your subscription.

Here are some helpful resources you can read to learn more:

I hope that answers your question!
