Welcome to the community!

Unfortunately, if you can no longer has access to the email address associated with their Trello account , Atlassian cannot verify their identity or update their account using a phone number or alternative email. As a workaround, if boards are accessible from other devices like mobile, add the account associated with the correct email to the boards as admin. 

However, I see that you accessed your Trello account just yesterday, so I hope the main issue might already be resolved for you!
