I gave this Power Up access to my personal Google Drive, but when I try to attach a file, I see a message about no access. When I click the Create button, nothing happens. I reinstalled Power Up and cleared my browser cache, but the error still occurs.

There were recent complains on Google Drive not working properly. You should place a support ticket for Atlassian: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
If you are on free version of Trello, sign up for a free premium trial where you won't be charged in order to raise a ticket. After your case has been resolved, you can cancel the free trial.
