Give shortname for workspace

Hello,
Previously I made an account that acts like a "bot" with the name of my organization, lets say the name is "organization"

Now I need to create a workplace, and preferably use the same name, but the short name is "organization1". My other account still has the name "organization".

Can I change the account short name to "organization-bot" and then change the workspace to "organization"?
Would there be some time before I can use the short name "organization" or would it be available instantly?

Thanks for that link, but I don't think it answers my question.

I would like to know if I change the username of an account, the name is instantly available for a workspace.
