When I try to use the new-ish feature "Create Jira work item" in Trello, it asks me to choose from two Jira Sites, of which I am a member (admin). When I choose the Site I want the Jira ticket to be created in, I get an error message simply stating, "Something's gone wrong".
My colleague who is only a member of one Site, does not face these issues.
Anyone else experience this issue and have a workaround for it?
Hello and welcome to Atlassian Community @Keiran M
Can you create the same work item directly in the target Jira site/space? Being Admin doesn't mean you have direct access adhoc.
Also have you tried in Incognito Window?
Best,
Arek 🤠
Hi Arek.
Yes, to both of those options. I have tested them and they are not the issue.
FYI, in an incognito window, Trello pops up message stating the feature is not available in incognito mode.

Did you followed steps from here ?
Create Jira work items from Trello cards | Trello | Atlassian Support
Are you using Chrome or Edge or Firefox / Safari ?
What happen when you pick other Site from your two ?

Thanks again, Arek.
I have tried the operation in both Edge and Chrome, with the same result.
A reminder, I have a colleague who only has access to one site, and the operation works fine for him.
Yet another colleague has a similar scenario to me e.g. has access to two sites, and he experiences the same error as I do.
In an attempt to troubleshoot further, I asked our Org Admin to remove me from the Jira site which Trello seems to have deemed the "default". Unfortunately, he is having issues removing me from the Site and is chasing support from Jira directly for that issue. So that troubleshooting option is off the cards for now.

In that case then I think support is right direction because that looks like Multi site Switch bug.
