is anyone having issues where they open the desktop windows app and no details on the front of some of the cards
some have the due by date and labels etc but a whole heap no data. opening the card the data is still there and the details are visible on the mobile app on the front of the card
I had the same odd vanish-and-reappear thing in the desktop app, and clearing the local cache gave it a kick in the right direction. I also noticed that switching boards in the web version sort of forces a refresh, which helped me spot whether the issue was local or synced. Since the data appears on mobile and inside the cards, your information is safe, this is just a rendering glitch.
Check the board in a web browser. If it looks fine, reset the Windows app cache via Help > Reset local data.
If the browser is also broken, it's a lingering issue from the recent Trello incident; hold off on manual changes and open a support ticket so their team can force a backend sync.
