Free Plan - number of workspces

Dear Trello Support Team,

on the Praice Plan page, under Free plan it says - "Free for up to 10 collaborators per Workspace"

Here are few questions I need your help - 
1) Does it mean I can have only 1 free Workspace ? 
2) If not, then is the number of free Workspaces is limited?
3) I can have - Up to 10 boards per free Workspace?
4) and - 10 collaborators per Workspace

Dear Team, 

another question is, 
in case we have more than 10 boards, and there are 5-6 people working on that boards, 
should only me have a premium account, or all the other people have to get the premium account?
